1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the IO Inventory Operations platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or IO Inventory Operations cancels it. A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your Subscription.
4. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IO Inventory Operations is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
